# About Laso Finance

Laso Finance is a financial technology company that turns stablecoins into money people and software agents can actually spend. A customer connects a wallet, deposits a range of different tokens across 10 networks, and gets a prepaid card, a gift card, or a payout to a debit card, a Venmo account, or a PayPal account. There is no bank account to open and no waiting on a transfer to clear.

The company was founded in March 2023 and is operated by Laso Finance LLC, a U.S. limited liability company headquartered at 5900 Balcones Drive Suite 100, Austin, TX 78731. Laso Finance LLC is registered with the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) as a money services business, registration number 31000328975254.

## How we operate

As a money services business, Laso Finance is subject to the Bank Secrecy Act and the FinCEN rules that implement it. We screen wallets and transactions for sanctions exposure and illicit activity, apply prepaid access limits, and monitor spending for patterns that suggest misuse of the platform.
